Research And Application Of Server Warning Data Analysis Based On Association Rules

Internet applications are rapidly evolving recently.The supporting of Internet applications is the huge network system behind them.When a network fault occurs,quickly locating fault information and repairing faults in huge warning data is difficult for traditional operation and maintenance work,so some intelligent means are needed to support operation and maintenance personnel,so that operation and maintenance work can be more efficient.This project is a module content of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance based on big data-based IT precision operation and maintenance management analysis platform(hereinafter referred to as "Operation and Maintenance Platform").This paper introduces a data mining method based on association rules between warning data.This method can obtain strong association rules by data mining of historical warning data sets.The strong association rules can be used to guide operation and maintenance personnel to locate the fault rapidly in future.This paper has done the following work for the purpose of this kind of research.First,I have a deep understanding of the functional requirements related to warning data in the operation and maintenance platform.Detailed analysis of requirements,including the collection,processing,analysis,and presentation of warning data,and designing the corresponding infrastructure and database table structure,and formulating the project completion plan.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the warning database being updated continuously,it is decided to use the incremental mining algorithm FUP and the association rule mining algorithm Apriori algorithm to realize the warning data incremental mining technology.This paper will introduce the two algorithms and describes the combination of the algorithm and the project.Finally,my team has done the implementation of the warning data related requirements in the operation and maintenance platform,including data acquisition,data processing,data mining analysis,data display and other functional points.All functions are encoded using the Java language.
