The rapid development of the information technology has promoted the improvement of the digitalization level of the power industry.The Quick Response code(QR code),as the entrance of the Internet of Things(IoT),enables fast accessing and sharing of information,which has become one significant technology of the internet of the power system.With the development of the internet of the power system,many important multimedia information such as images and videos generated in the process of power production,operation and management has exposed in the open cyberspace.Therefore,the security of power information is closely related to QR code security and the security of multimedia created by power system during its production process.As an effective means to protect multimedia information security plays an important role in the research of QR code security and power information security.This paper studies image watermarking technology and its applications that mainly focuses on the following two parts of the study.The first part is the security and anti-counterfeiting performance of QR code,as the entrance of the Internet of Things in Power System(IOTIPS),using digital watermarking technology;then we proposed a watermarking algorithm based on the QR code image.The second part is the improvement of image watermarking for its application in the information security in the power system;we proposed two enhanced methods: QIM-based and Coding matrix-based.1?To enhance the security of the QR code,we proposed a QR code watermarking algorithm based on the multi-level offset of the module boundary to sharing the authentication message of it.We use the editable features of the QR code module after investigating,the QR code authentication message is hidden in the QR code image by editing the boundary between the dark and light modules of the QR code symbol.When decoding a QR Code,the authentication message hidden in QR Code image is extracted to verify the authenticity of the QR Code,so that the security of the QR Code has been enhanced.In order to ensure the robust of the authentication message,this paper proposes an effective watermarking extraction strategy by using the error correction capability of the QR code.Experiments show that the proposed method has a large watermark capacity and strong invisibility and robustness.2?The QR Code is used as the watermark to enhance the quality of stego image.An adaptive image watermarking technique based on genetic algorithm is proposed.The original QIM watermarking algorithm can only embed information into a cover image in one direction,so that in many cases,embedding a secret in a cover image requires a large modification,resulting in a serious distortion of the cover medium.Aim to reduce the less cover image distortion without changing its robustness,this paper proposed a strategy that a quantizer can be responded to multiple watermark information.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can fully exploit the strong robustness of the QR code,by using a QR Code the watermark has sufficient robustness while reducing the modification of the cover image,which enhanced the performance of digital watermarking technology.3?In order to trade-off the contradiction between the embedding efficiency and the embedding rate of the watermarking technology based on the coding matrix.This paper proposed an improvement scheme of the coding matrix,and then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal coding matrix.The proposed method can improve the embedding efficiency while maintaining the original watermark embedding rate.The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
