Pipe inner wall painting robot is a kind of used to implement the internal space painting assignment of automatic painting equipment,surface coating processing is an indispensable process for the metal pipe manufacturing production,especially the pipe inner wall surface,which has an important role in preventing the inner surface of the pipe from being corroded by the conveying medium,improving the service life of the pipe,reducing the roughness inside the pipe,reducing the loss of pressure energy,and ensuring the long-term safe and effective operation of the pipelineIn this paper,aiming at the task of automatic painting of the inner wall of different metal pipes,a mechanical structure for the inner wall of the pipe painting robot with a pipe diameter variation range of?60mm??800mm is designed.The mechanical structure includes the body part for supporting the movement of the pipe and the painting system part for realizing the painting operation.According to the requirements of the subject,the characteristics of various types of robot movement mode in the pipe and the adjustment mode of adaptive pipe diameter ehange were compared and analyzed,and the wheel movement mode and three sets of leadscrew nut and parallelogram support adjustment mode suitable for the study in this paper were obtained.By comparing the characteristics of painting robot and pipe painting equipment,a reasonable painting method is given.On the basis of the design of each part of the system scheme,the specific structure of the three-dimensional were designed and complete the selection of major components by calculation.Based on the theory of finite element analysis,the static analysis of the whole machine and key parts of the designed structure is carried out,and the corresponding stress strain and deformation distribution cloud chart is obtained.The results prove that the strength and stiffness of the designed robot meet the technical requirementIn this paper,the ultimate goal of the design is to achieve the inner wall of the pipe painting operations,and to get a more uniform coating thickness,based on this requirenent,by analyzing the relationship between the circular pipe coating adhesion rate and the speed of the spray gun,the speed of the spray gun to optimize the design to get a more uniform coating thickness.
