Image segmentation is the basic and important step in image processing.In recent years,a variety of new technologies and theories have been added to image segmentation methods,and many new image segmentation methods have been created.The purpose of image segmentation improvement is to improve the accuracy of image segmentation results and the effectiveness of the algorithm.Lung region segmentation of X-ray chest film and liver segmentation of abdominal CT image are common medical diagnostic techniques in computer-aided detection technology,which is of great significance to the research and analysis of medical images.In this paper,lung region image segmentation and liver region image segmentation are studied systematically.The specific work and main results are as follows:(1)The image segmentation algorithm based on minimum error threshold method is studied,and a method of X-ray chest film image segmentation based on watershed and minimum error threshold method is proposed.Firstly,the watershed algorithm is used to pre-segment the chest film,then it is assumed that the gray value distribution of the target and background obeys the mixed normal distribution,the objective function is defined and the segmentation threshold is obtained by minimizing the optimized value.Thus,the integrity of the target region of the medical image is guaranteed as much as possible,and the phenomenon of over-segmentation is avoided.The experimental results show that this method can accurately segment the complete lung region,improve the segmentation effect,and has a certain application value.(2)The image segmentation algorithm based on region growth method is studied,and a liver CT image segmentation method based on watershed and region growth method is proposed.In this paper,the watershed algorithm is used to pre-segment the liver CT image,and the method of finding the maximum tangent circle is used to select the seed points automatically,and then the region growth method is used to segment the image.The accuracy of segmentation results is improved by morphological post-processing.The experimental results show that this method combines the advantages of the two algorithms,which is feasible in the algorithm,but also has a certain application value.(3)Based on the above work,the visualization system of medical image segmentation is designed.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by calling the medical image segmentation visualization system.
