With the continuous development of the electronics industry in recent years,electronic products,as a ubiquitous consumer product,have become more frequent and frequent,and increasingly thin and convenient electronic products have gradually increased the requirements for production capacity and product quality.As the core of electronic products,the printed circuit board(PCB)has high integration,high density and other properties,and it also requires high efficiency and high quality in production.The detection of PCB boards has also become a very important issue in the electronics manufacturing industry.In such a large environment,the traditional manual detection has the disadvantages of slow detection speed and easy detection,which cannot meet the increasing demand.Therefore,this paper designs a PCB defect detection system based on image processing.The main research contents are as follows:1.The image will be pre-processed,the collected color image will be grayed out to reduce the complexity of the operation;Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing denoising algorithm,the non-local mean filtering algorithm and the wavelet threshold algorithm are used to denoise the noisy image;A new type of contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization is used to enhance the denoised image;Perform edge detection on the image for subsequent defect detection needs.2.The method of detecting the circle by Hough transform determines the position of the Mark point to find and locate the defect position,and finally achieves the purpose of detecting the defect of the PCB image.3.According to different types of defects,the characteristics are analyzed and the corresponding detection methods are determined.The experimental results show that the determined methods can detect defects more accurately and the time spent is also reduced.
