In real life,people hope to get a clear image of all the scenes in the same scene when using the camera to shoot,but the single sensor of the camera cannot focus on all the targets at the same time.Therefore,we use multi-focus image fusion technology to solve this problem.It can fuse multiple images of the same scene but with different focus objects into a complete and clear image,effectively improving the utilization rate of image information,so as to facilitate human eye observation and subsequent machine processing.Therefore,the technology is widely used in military operations,artificial intelligence,remote sensing detection,medical imaging and other fields.Therefore,exploring effective multi-focus image fusion algorithm has become a hot topic.Based on digital image processing technology,this paper studies several common image fusion methods,including weighted average method,gray extreme value method,pyramid method,wavelet transform method and other pixel-level image fusion methods.In taking advantages of several methods and studied in multiple dimensions,spatial resolution and multiple decomposition level,respectively,after fusion of Laplacian pyramid fusion algorithm is proposed based on an improved regional energy and more focus on image fusion method of Laplacian pyramid and a method based on edge detection and more focus on image fusion method of Laplacian pyramid.First two of the same scene but focus on different image sequence is decomposed into Laplacian pyramid respectively,then the image sequence using different fusion rules fusion,namely USES the weighted fusion at the top,the rest of the layers of the fusion rules of fusion based on regional energy,recycle Laplace inverse transform reconstruction to get the final fusion image.This method USES the fusion rule of regional energy and considers the interaction of surrounding pixels,which can well preserve the image details and texture information.In order to further improve the fusion image with clearer edges,this paper proposes a multi-focus image fusion method based on edge detection and Laplace pyramid.By using the image edge detection algorithm,the clear edges of the two source images are extracted and covered on the fusion image in the previous method,so as to obtain a clearer fusion image.As a whole,this method reduces the complexity of computation and improves the problem of image edge blurring.Through many experiments,multi-focus image fusion of multiple scenes is realized,and the research results have good reference significance.
