The Design And Implementation Of An Enterprise Profile System

With the rapid development of market economy,more and more enterprises are registered,leading to a quantity of business operation data.Meanwhile,in the face of ubiquitous business risks,enterprises have to know their partners' information about their background,risks,business,foreign investment,and intellectual property as reference indicators for cooperation while selecting projects and partners.The government needs to monitor enterprises at all times.Besides,netizens from all walks of life also have the need to know enterprises' information.To address above problems,this paper puts forward a design of an enterprise profile system to show enterprise background,enterprise risks,enterprise operation,foreign investment,intellectual property and other information,relying on the enterprise credit service platform of the Institute of Applied Mathematics,Hebei Academy of Sciences.According to the huge amount of operation data,use the data mining technology to analyze and study the enterprise information,decomposes enterprise information with dimensions,extracts enterprise information from each dimension,and draws enterprise image label map for each enterprise.Show the investment relationship among enterprises,the job relationship between people and enterprises,and the relationship of shareholders visually.Specific jobs are as follows:(1)The analysis of requirements.Analyze the research status of the enterprise profile,decompose enterprise information with dimensions,and define labels for every dimension.Make the analysis of functional requirement of the system,draw use case diagrams of backstage managers and ordinary users,and make descriptions in details.(2)Use the data mining technology to extract the label of enterprise profile.Through the understanding of label-related concepts and labeling technical difficulties,depict enterprise profile from three dimensions: basic attributes,operation status and the risks of the enterprise.At last,thirteen labels are defined.Among them,use the Text Rank algorithm to extract the key words of the enterprise business scope,and use the Stochastic gradient descent Classification algorithm to model the enterprise business scope for getting the enterprise industry label.(3)Design and implement the enterprise profile system.Under the Windows system,the front-end realizes the function of each module of the system in a modular way with the B/S architecture,the Django frame,and the hierarchical design idea of MTV.Use such technologies as HTML5,Java Script,CSS to complete the page design,realizing multi-dimensional browsing of enterprise information for users,and the visualization of enterprise image label picture and person-enterprise relationship picture.The backstage uses the Xadmin frame to build its management system,making backstage managers achieve maintaining enterprise information and managing users.
