Due to space limitation,microspeakers usually don't have spiders compared with the conventional electro-dynamic loudspeakers.At the same time,under the development trend of miniaturization and high acoustic output,the rocking modes of microspeakers are particularly prominent,which seriously affects the performance improvement of microspeaker units and systemsBased on the finite element method(FEM)and considering the root cause of rocking modes,the finite element analysis model of the rocking modes of microspeakers is established in this paper,and the influence of asymmetric mass,asymmetric stiffness and asymmetric magnetic field on the vibration of the micro speakers are explored.In addition,this paper explores the influence of the rocking modes on the sound field radiated by microspeakers experimentally.Also,this paper establishes the finite element model of the side-outlet structure microspeaker systems with asymmetry acoustic load which are widely used at present,probes into the rocking modes of the side-outlet structure microspeaker systems,and puts forward the improvement method to provide guidance for the design of the microspeaker units and systems.The main content of this paper can be divided into three parts.In the first part of this paper,the finite element model of the rocking modes of the microspeakers is established.This paper analyzes the influence of the rocking modes on the vibration characteristics of the microspeakers on the basis of accurate FEM modeling.In the second part of this paper,the influence of rocking modes on microspeakers is analyzed in consideration of the sound pressure response and the radiation directivity.The vibration information of the diaphragm is collected using laser sensors and the sound field radiated by microspeakers with rocking is obtained by theoretical calculation.In the third part of this paper,mainly the rocking modes of the micro speakers system with side-outlet structure are analyzed.The rocking modes excited by asymmetric acoustic loads are analyzed based on the finite element model and the improvement methods are proposed.
