Design And Implementation Of Task-oriented Dialogue System Development Platform

The task-oriented dialogue system can provide users with specific information services,and effectively reduce the labor costs of the enterprise while providing convenience for people.In recent years,the demand for task-oriented dialogue systems has increased over time.In view of the wide application value of the task-oriented dialogue system in different fields,this paper takes the task-oriented dialogue system development platform as the research direction,in order to effectively reduce the development cycle and costs and improve the convenience of the development of the task-oriented dialogue system.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing task-oriented dialogue system development platform,the following work is mainly carried out:Design and implement a task-oriented dialogue system development platform.On the basis of analyzing the business needs of the task-oriented dialogue system development platform,define functional and non-functional needs of the development platform.According to the needs analysis,achieve the overall design of the task-oriented dialogue system development platform,including the design of system architecture,system functions,system operation process and system class relationship.Based on the overall design of the system,the system's modules are designed and implemented in detail,including modules such as NLU,DM,NLG,database,Web-oriented functional for developers and users.And introduce the design and implementation process of each functional module through functional description,definition of data structure and algorithm,process diagrams,UML diagrams,etc.The core algorithms involved in each module are related to technologies of traditional machine learning,deep learning and reinforcement learning.After completing the design and development,the system is tested from the perspective of function and performance:module testing of the main functional modules;analysis and testing of the algorithm performance of the core modules;overall functional testing of the system platform.Based on the task-oriented dialogue system development platform,a dialogue system oriented to the stock field is realized which has normal functions and good performance.The above indicates that the development platform can provide effective services for the dialogue system developers and reduce the development cycle and costs.
