With the development of Internet and big data technologies,cloud computing has been applied to various fields such as government,industry,finance,transportation,and medical care,bringing tremendous changes to information technologies.Cloud computing relies on a huge resource cluster and resource management system to provide users with a variety of efficient services,bringing great convenience to people's lives and promoting the development of social economy.However,due to the openness and complexity of cloud computing,security issues such as data leakage,account hijacking,and denial of service have become increasingly prominent.Among them,data security is the most prominent problem.How to ensure data privacy of cloud services becomes one of the most important challenges for network security.Aiming at the problem that data privacy of cloud services is difficult to measure,the following work is carried out:(1)Propose a data privacy measurement framework for cloud services.Through extensive research,the basic concepts and characteristics of cloud services are summarized to form a comprehensive understanding of the measurement objects.This thesis summarizes the existing evaluation frameworks and processes,and proposes a measurement framework for data privacy of cloud services.This framework can be used to guide the implementation of measurement work.(2)Construct a data privacy measurement indicator system for cloud services.According to the construction principles and construction processes of indicator system,this thesis summarizes the data privacy protection requirements of cloud services on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and threats of cloud services data.A complete measurement indicator system is constructed by formalizing the protection requirements.(3)Propose a data privacy measurement model for cloud services.The measurement model can be divided into three parts:indicator evaluation data collection and processing,indicator weight calculation and comprehensive measurement.Fuzzy mathematics theory is used to guide the collection of indicator evaluation data and entropy theory is used to process the indicator data.A method based on Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process is proposed to calculate the weight of indicators.This thesis uses technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution to carry out comprehensive measurement and optimizes the measurement results.(4)Experimental simulation of the measurement method.This thesis designs and implements the data privacy measurement algorithm for cloud services using MATLAB.This thesis verifies the rationality,accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method by analyzing and experimenting the data privacy measurement of cloud services.The research in this thesis not only can be used to measure the data privacy of cloud services in actual production environment,but also has certain reference and guiding significance for the theoretical research of cloud services data security evaluation.
