Nowadays,the global information and communication industry is entering a deep integration development.As one of the most promising industries in the world after personal computers and the Internet,the Io T(Internet of Things)is driving the digitalization transformation of traditional industries and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.In view of the vague development and the short-board in cutting-edge technology of China's Io T technology,the evolution process and trend of Io T technology are analyzed,which can grasp the development context of the Io T technology from a macro perspective,and clarify the evolution trend of technology and the development stages of key technologies.It is of great significance for China to give full play to its late-developing advantages,identify the shortcomings of Io T technology,and strengthen scientific and technological innovation in related fields.From the perspective of patent technology topic,this paper introduces LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)topic model into the evolution research of Io T technology.Based on patent data from Derwent database,the LDA topic model was introduced to mine the hidden technology topics in Io T patents.In terms of technology evolution process,according to the change of the strength of the technical topic on the time axis,the strength evolution of the Io T technology is analyzed;according to the changes and offsets of the feature words of technology topic,the content evolution of the Io T technology is analyzed;the difference of evolution process of Io T technology between China and developed countries is analyzed composed from the perspective of topic changes and feature words evolution.In terms of technology evolution prediction,patent revision coefficient is proposed to revise the patent amount of important topics with the intensity of technology topic.Furthermore,the logistic model is used to fit the revised patent amount,and the maturity of the important technologies of the Io T is predicted.The evolution trend of Io T technology is predicted by comparing the topic contents of scientific papers and patent documents,and the results are verified by the method of patent burst words detection.Research shows that:(1)Io T technology has transitioned from basic technologies such as wireless connectivity,circuit signals,and radio frequency identification to technical fields such as intelligent computing,5G,and industrial Internet of Things;(2)High-end sensors and basic chip technology are the constraints of the development of China's Internet of Things technology.The shortage of core technology and independent innovation ability in Io T technology lead to the restriction of patents to developed countries.(3)intelligent terminals,human-computer interaction,wearable devices,artificial intelligence,virtual reality and other technologies are at the end of the growing period,which will gradually mature in the next few years.(5)wireless low power technology,local area network access technology standards,edge computing,health monitoring and insurance industry integration,flexible manufacturing based on information sharing,Internet of Things biomedical technology,information authentication and dynamic anti-counterfeiting technology may be the potential direction of the future evolution of Io T technology.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Io T in China,such as promoting the integration of Io T technology,building an industrial ecosystem of the Io T and strengthening independent innovation.
