Quality of Service based Web service composition optimization is one of the typical NP-hard problems,Swarm intelligence optimization algorithms and Evolutionary Algorithms is the main research direction,among which,Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization are very outperformed in many researches.A mixed algorithm based on GA and Simulated Annealing algorithm is brought up in this paper.Filter procedure in SA is imported to reproduction operator and mutation operator in the new algorithm,which means a dynamic probability is set for conserving eliminated genes.Moreover,as the iteration goes on,the mutation probability becomes higher for keeping a robust population diversity.it imports SA thought into GA.the experiment result showed that comparing to the traditional GA and PSO,this algorithm performs better in both way of getting a better solution and rate of convergence.
