With the rapid development of the electronics industry,the market demand for camera modules has been greatly boosted.How to ensure the quality of the camera module into the market while mass production of the camera module is an urgent problem for all camera module manufacturers.At present,the high-end camera module market mainly adopts AA process equipment,and the equipment adopting AA process technology will detect the semi-finished products assembled,and actively align according to the actual situation of the assembled semi-finished products,and then assemble the next spare parts in place.The alignment technology has reduced the assembly tolerance of the entire module in the production process,and the module produced has the advantages of high consistency,good image quality and high assembly quality.The low-end camera module cannot be assembled with high-end AA process equipment due to cost and other factors,which results in poor image quality consistency between the low-end camera module.At present,other related equipment can only detect the sharpness of the imaging of the low-end camera module,and can not detect the pose deviation of the module assembly,and the pose deviation is also an important factor leading to poor image quality.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a new one-stop detection method for camera module assembly and imaging quality.Firstly,the pose measurement is converted into a camera calibration problem by a tool,and then a new combined circular shape is designed.The MTF resolution analysis plane target of the array enables the camera module to collect only one target image,and can analyze the target image based on the MTF resolution calculation method and the improved parallel camera calibration technology,and finally obtain the camera module imaging.The sharpness value and the three-dimensional pose value of the camera module relative to the target,wherein the three-dimensional pose value can estimate the assembly deviation of the camera module,and then evaluate the assembly quality of the camera module.In order to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the pose estimation method of the camera module proposed in this paper,this thesis firstly designed and built a three-dimensional rotary table to verify the accuracy of the pose relative estimation method,and then designed a kind to meet the position.The pose estimation method is calculated and compatible with the calibration plate of Halcon calibration.The absolute pose accuracy of the pose estimation method of the cameramodule is verified by the calibration plate.Finally,the calibration accuracy of the pose estimation method is compared and verified.The experimental results show that the three-dimensional pose estimation algorithm of this paper has high precision and fully meets the detection requirements of relevant industries.
