Research Of Chinese International Cooperation Elements And Relation Mining Based On Web Diplomatic News

At present,economic globalization has become the trend of the times.International cooperation between countries becomes increasingly frequent and different levels of partnership have been established between countries.For national governments,reasonable international cooperation with different countries can effectively help two or more parties to jointly solve their own economic problems.For enterprises,choosing suitable cooperation projects or foreign companies for investment and cooperation will help their own development and technology update.For researchers,analyzing international cooperation between different countries can help relevant departments formulate guidelines and make decisions.However,the data analysis in the traditional international cooperation field is mostly based on statistical data which timeliness is low and the lag is high.In the current unpredictable international environment,it is difficult to fully reflect the circumstances of international cooperation between different countries through statistical data alone.The goal of this paper is to explore the knowledge related to Chinese international cooperation from the Web diplomatic news.The main contents include: Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of Web Diplomatic News and the needs of Chinese international cooperation research,this paper clearly defines the concept of international cooperation element.In order to explore the element of international cooperation from Web Diplomatic News,this paper proposes a neural network model with domain knowledge to extract the element of international cooperation.The neural network model is one of the most commonly used models in the current sequence labeling task.Then,the experimental analysis shows that the model performs well for the extraction of international cooperation element.After that,to obtain more comprehensive knowledge contained in Web Diplomatic News,by analogy entity relation extraction task,this paper defines the relationship between international cooperation elements,and proposed a method for mining the relation between international cooperation elements by combining neural networks and rules which enriched the semantic information contained between international cooperation elements.Finally,the effect of the model is tested by experiments.The features and innovations of this article are as follows: combining the characteristics of Web diplomatic news and clearly defining the two concepts of international cooperation elements and international cooperation elements.Respectively analogy the characteristics of sequence annotation and entity relation extraction task of natural language processing and proposing the method of international cooperation elements extraction and international cooperation elements relation mining.
