Radio spectrum resources are an important strategic resource for a country.In order to maintain the order of airborne waves,ensure that all radio equipment work effectively and normally,and prevent mutual harmful interference,it is necessary to use the limited radio spectrum resources in a sufficient,effective and scientific manner through frequency division to maximize its economic benefits.Social benefits,to promote the healthy development of the radio industry,and better serve the national economic construction.This paper studies the division of China's radio service.Based on the status quo of radio monitoring in Yunnan Province,after the full investigation and analysis of different radio services in China,the design and implementation of the service-based radio spectrum management analysis and display system is designed:1)Implemented the frequency division function,introduced the basis of frequency division,and designed the functional structure of frequency division.At the same time,it explained the three functions of frequency division function,the radio frequency division of the People's Republic of China,and the radio frequency division of the People's Republic of China.Specific design and detailed introduction.2)Implemented the function of service allocation and statistics,introduced the basis of service allocation,and designed the functional architecture of the service allocation and statistics functions,and explained the service allocation and statistics function,service frequency allocation,service occupancy,and service occupancy details.The subsystems were specifically designed and detailed.3)Implemented the coverage prediction function,introduced the basis of the coverage prediction system,and designed the functional coverage of the coverage prediction function.At the same time,the coverage prediction function description,the propagation model list,the coverage prediction heat map,and the coverage statistics the four subsystems were specifically designed and detailed.This system is of great significance for learning the division of radio frequencies.understanding the frequency occupancy of each service in different locations,understanding the economic value of radio spectrum and understanding the application and coverage of radio services.
