Design And Implementation Of Target Association Mining System In Mail Communication Network

On August 20,2018,China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC)released the42~ndd Report on Development Status of China Internet,which shows that the domestic cyber citizens has reached 802 Million.Along with the continuous development of the internet,people from all over the world persistently break thought the limit of space and time zone,meet and chat with wits and thoughts mutually communicated.For recent years,services and applications for network and data has boomed.Meanwhile,cyber security risks emerges along withthecomplicatedapplicationscenarios.Thefrequentransomwarevirus,telecommunication fraud,cyber violence have already brought huge challenge to the development and administration of the internet.So how to scientifically identify and alert the cyber threats should be one of the most important measures to counter the cyber security threats.This essay takes the original email communication data as the object,based on the precise system target and sound verification of system demands,proposes the multi-dimension target fusion algorithm,which structures and realizes the target association mining system via the communications.Main contents of this essay includes:1.Focus on the system targets,analyze the system demands and conclude the system functions.This system,with the spread investigation on business demands,sets the system targets as:analytical research on original communication data of the emails,and by way of association mining and visualization of relative conditions,to make the complicated structure and status more blunt and iconic,so as to identify the inherent patterns.With such system objective,this essay refines the six specific function demands of the communication analytic capabilities of the targets.2.Identify the system demands,adopt systematic design to the target association mining system withcommunications.With accordance to the integral system structure,this practice divides the system into four subsystems as data pretreatment,data management,data mining and data display,and elaborates functions of the subsystems,as well as its principles and workflow.3.Propose the multi-dimension target fusion algorithm.This practice takes the social network technology as the basis,with emphasis on community identification and ranking algorithm of node importance.The multi-dimension target fusion algorithm featured with original data of mailbox communications,realizes the organization categorization and recommendation of important node in email communication network.4.With focus to system function demands and the multi-dimension target fusion algorithm,the designed system realizes the data association mining system based on the communications,and fulfills the test of the system.This system takes mail communication as the research object,and can be applied in social stability,criminal case detection,network security and so on.Itadopts the associated analysis technology and data mining,and merged thecommunication data with“space”,“time”,data features,communication content with communication data target,and analyses interrelatedly the communications,geographical distributions,groups,key node discoveries,activity regularity of the data,so as to acquire the multi-layer,multi-dimension,cyber network based data communication status,geographical distributions and data relativity status,as well as to visualize the complicated structure and discovering hidden dangerous elements and criminal gangs,which is of great significance for maintaining national security and social security and stability with the visualization tools as topology,bar chart,line chart and pie chart etc.
