The rapid development of cloud computing and big data technology has evolved new information dissemination methods and information service models, which promotes enterprises, individuals and collaborative owners outsourcing data to the cloud service providers. To process the large-scale data efficiently, the cloud service providers widely perform data deduplication to reduce the occupation of storage space and the bandwidth consumption. However, the outsourced data contains the user's privacy. In the process of performing data deduplication, there will be many serious security issues, such as privacy disclosure, unauthorized access, key updating and privilege revoking, individual privilege abuse, and the management of shared owners. The above issues will affect the cloud data security seriously, and even hinder the healthy development of big data and collaborative applications. Therefore,in order to solve the above problems, our research works are as follows:1.Aiming at privacy disclosure, side channel attacks and unauthorized access in data deduplication,we propose a role-based symmetric encryption algorithm. And based on the concept of unauthorized ownership,we propose a secure data deduplication scheme via role-based symmetric encryption, and in order to solve the problem of updating and revoking of authorized users,we propose the key updating mechanism. We conduct the simulation experiment to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.2.Aiming at the privilege abuse of individual owners for dealing-with shared files in a collaborative cloud environment,we propose the concept of shared ownership, and propose a security data deduplication scheme via proof of shared ownership collaborative cloud environment. The security analysis shows that the proposed scheme is secure and effective, and the simulation experiment demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed scheme.3.Aiming at the increasing requirements of shared owners data deduplication, privilege abuse, single point of failure, and collusion attacks between the cloud servers and the third-party servers;we propose a security data deduplication scheme via multi-server aided proof of shared ownership in cloud. The security analysis shows the security of our scheme. We conduct the simulation experiment and analyze the results.
