Research And Application Of Face Recognize Technology Based On Deep Learning

Face recognition technology is this kind of technology which is based on the facial features by constantly detecting the input face image or video stream to btain the position,size and location information of each major facial organ,and then completing the identification of each face through the comparative features.The key of the face recognition technology is the extraction for the facial feature parameters,but the traditional method can not solve the impact of the dynamic change of the face and the environment.First,the paper introduces the relevant knowledge of the face recognition technology and the deep learning.Currently,the face recognition technology is widely used in the deep learning algorithm.The In-depth Learning Network belonging to the deep learning algorithm adopts multi-layer network structure.Each of the multi-layer network structure can extract specific characteristic parameter values.Second,we further elaborated the procedure of face recognition and briefly analysed several models of the convolutional neural network.Then we introduced several frequently-usded public face data sets,the loss functions and the specific process of the face recognition implementation.The effects of different loss functions on recognition efficiency and training duration under the same condition were tested.The data of face recognition accuracy under different training set sizes under the same loss function were compared and tested,and the training set and loss function applicable to the employee attendance system were obtained.Finally,Face attendance system is designed and implemented by applying the corresponding training model to face recognition attendance system.The attendance system consists of two modules: deep learning face recognition and attendance.In this paper,two functional modules and important processes of the system are introduced and explained in detail.Through a series of tests,the system proves that the face recognition and attendance system based on deep learning can improve the accuracy and speed of attendance recognition.
