Navigation in the ground-sea traffic is an essential technology to save action costs and plan route properly.In the past navigation technology,there were various prob-lems,such as inaccurate estimation and untimely update of decision-based information.And the previous route planning methods often used static information as the basis for navigation decision-making and could not adapt to the dynamic environment.The main work of this paper is the following three points:1.A unified model of route planning and navigation based on local approximate rank is proposed.In view of the limitations of previous navigation techniques,this paper proposes a unified model of ground-sea route planning and navigation technology based on local approximate rank,using machine learning technology to improves the accuracy and real-time performance of decision information esti-mation and the route planning effect,in which the local approximate rank feature representation method can effectively utilize the potential spatial structure in the data,improveing the model prediction effect of machine learning,and the route planning method based on space-time cube solves the route planning problem in the dynamic change environment.2.The unified model is applied to ground city traffic prediction and navigation and verified with real data.The proposed unified model is applied to city trans-portation planning and navigation.The real traffic trajectory data is used to verify the validity of our model.The route our route planning method obtains,saves more time than others.3.The unified model is applied to sea ice prediction and navigation in the polar regionsand and we build a real navigation system to serve the "Xue Long"ship.The unified model proposed in this paper is applied to the polar region for the sea ice analysis and the route planning,solving the problem of the polar scientific research route planning.The practical application of the sea ice report and the "Xue Long" ship's route guidance system based on the insufficient information machine learning technology was completed.The system actually served multiple missions of the "Xue Long" ship.The system provides convenient,scientific,reliable and safe route guidance services for polar scientific research.
