With the development of the communication of the trinity of space sky and earth,satellite communication system undertakes an important task.Low-orbit satellite communication is widely used because of its flexibility and high coverage.At the user control level,it is necessary to design and implement a complete user access control system for low-orbit satellite communications in order to control the user access and exit operations in the system.The main research and design contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The history and current situation of low-orbit satellite communication system at home and abroad are analyzed,and a core network system of low-orbit satellite communication ground gateway based on distributed architecture is designed,which includes the controller,data gateway,authentication and billing system.(2)A complete access and exit process for users in the core network of ground gateway station is designed and implemented,including the message interaction process between functional network elements,the function design of internal interface of network elements and the data structure of all messages interacting among various network elements.(3)In order to ensure the stability of user access control and other related operations in the system,a hybrid model for network traffic prediction in long and short time intervals is proposed.Firstly,the characteristics of traditional time series forecasting model and neural network-based time series forecasting model are analyzed,then introduce the load balancing strategy into the system.Finally,the load balancing effect is achieved at the system message level and the overall resource level.In this thesis,the corresponding software architecture is designed for the core network system of low-orbit satellite communication ground gateway core network system.The user access and exit process is designed and implemented.Finally,the related application innovation is realized for the load balancing of the whole system.
