In recent years,people's demand for smart buildings,smart parks and smart houses has increased gradually,and the industry of building intelligent design has entered a period of rapid development.Because real estate developers needed to control strictly the time cost in real estate projects,the building intelligent design unit needed urgently to find an intelligent design generation method that could quickly and accurately match the customer's demand.This paper analysed a lot of intelligent design schemes.This paper studied the relationship between the content and structure of the program.This paper investigated the staff and domain experts of the program department,design department,marketing department,etc.of the intelligent design unit.On this basis,a rule algorithm was proposed in this paper for generating intelligent design schemes by formulating knowledge rules,constructing matching models and short text classification statistical models.By constructing a sentence similarity model,a word sentence matching model,a sentence extraction model,etc.,a sentence extraction algorithm for generating an intelligent design scheme was proposed.In addition,a lot of experiments had been done for the designed algorithm model in this paper.The results showed that the rule algorithm proposed in this paper improved the work efficiency of the staff of the program department by about 2 hours on average;the accuracy of the proposed sentence extraction algorithm was about 11.58% higher than that of the TEXTRANK algorithm.The specific work of this paper was given as follows:(1)Build databasesThis paper collected customers' demands data,meeting summary data,scheme data of intelligent design,and built in rule data and scheme data of subsystem design.The MYSQL database framework was built,the storage scheme of data was designed,and the databasec of customer demand,the database of meeting summary,product database,knowledge database,and the database of subsystem scheme were established for collected data in this paper.(2)The rule algorithm for generating intelligent design programThe design scheme of each intelligent subsystem,the matching rules of customer demand and the design schemes of subsystem,the model of short text classification statistical;the selection ordering model of subsystem design were established and Industry attention was defined in this paper.The final intelligent design was output in two ways: customer attention and industry attention.(3)The sentence extraction algorithm for generating intelligent designThe text sentence clustering model was established to obtain the subclass,then the subtopic sentences of the subclass were obtained by extracting the subtopic model,and the keyword and subtopic sentences were matched by the word sentence matching model.Then,subclass sentences were extracted based on the matching result.Finally,the subsystem design was obtained by using the model of non-redundant sentence extraction.After iteration,an intelligent design scheme was obtained.(4)Comparison and analysis of experimental resultsIn the fifth chapter,the experimental results of the rule algorithm,sentence extraction algorithm and TEXTRANK algorithm for generating intelligent design were compared and analyzed.
