Wind turbine is the main equipment of wind power development,it not only has complex structure,but also works in the harsh environments,so the fault occurs frequently.The common faults of wind turbines mainly concentrated in mechanical parts,such as gear box,low-speed shaft,high speed shaft and generator.Mechanical vibration contains a wealth of information,rapid reaction in case of failure,and easy to measure.So the current state detection and fault location of wind turbine are mainly based on the analysis of vibration signals.In this paper,the structure and operation mode of wind turbine are studied,the vibration characteristics of wind turbine are analyzed.ADXL335 three axis acceleration sensor is chosen.STM32f103rbt6 is used to achieve the acquisition of analog signals.In order to improve the efficiency of data processing,using STM32fl03rbt6 timer module to trigger ADC,and transmitting data through DMA.To avoid the frequency mixing in the process of AD conversion,6th order Butterworth low pass filter is designed and used.At the same time,the FIR digital low-pass filter is designed and used to achieve better effect.For the noise of the vibration signal,this paper adopts the Savitzky-Golay smoothing algorithm.WIFI technology is used to realize the communication.This paper establishes communication test system based on Android,and Vibration Monitoring System based on Labview,which highly improve the work efficiency.After testing and improvements,the vibration data acquisition system designed in this paper can acquire vibration signal stable,the error can be controlled within 1%.The filter this paper designed can effectively filter out signals above 600 Hz,Savitzky-Golay smoothing algorithm can effectively eliminate the noise in the signal.At the same time wireless data transmission is also relatively stable.This paper basically achieved the design goal.
