Research And Application Of Film Recommendation Method Based On Matrix Decomposition And Slope One

With the gradual acceptance and learning of the Internet and information technology,more and more people have joined the Internet army.On the one hand,people rely on the Internet to make their work and life more efficient and convenient.However,in recent years,with the rapid expansion of the amount of information on the Internet,the Internet has been transformed from "lack of information" to "information overload",which leads to people's inability to rationally use and distribute the huge resources on the Internet.The advent of "recommendation system" can well solve this problem.But there are still some shortcomings in the process of research and application.Therefore,how to make the recommendation results of recommendation system higher quality and better recommendation effect is the focus of current research.In the field of film recommendation system,there are always problems such as matrix sparsity,low coverage rate and low recommendation accuracy in sparse matrix.Aiming at the above problems,this paper combines Slope One algorithm with matrix decomposition technology to come up with film recommendation algorithm based on matrix decomposition and Slope One(SKSO),and Slope One film recommendation algorithm based on matrix decomposition and project popularity(UCPPSO).SKSO algorithm can effectively solve the problem of low recommendation accuracy in sparse matrix,while UCPPSO algorithm can effectively solve the problem of low recommendation accuracy and coverage caused by Matthew effect.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1)conduct research on film recommendation and find the need of recommendation algorithm in recommendation accuracy,diversity and coverage in this field;2)carry out in-depth research on Slope One algorithm and related technologies,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm in the field of movie recommendation,and point out the improvement direction and target;3)A film recommendation algorithm based on matrix decomposition and Slope One(SKSO)and a Slope One film recommendation algorithm based on matrix decomposition and project popularity(UCPPSO)are proposed to solve the problems in different needs and improvement directions.And prove the validity of these algorithm by experiments.4)Considering the practicability of the algorithm,the traditional algorithm and the algorithm proposed in the paper are applied to the film.In the recommendation module,a complete system structure is built to integrate user module,movie module and recommendation module.
