With the continuous development of science and technology in today's society,people's desire for shopping is getting stronger and stronger,and shopping is also showing more and more diversified trends.In such a market environment,online shopping is growing faster and faster.The rapid development of online shopping has greatly promoted the development of logistics,and the vision of a better shopping experience has also led to higher and higher requirements for logistics services.Major logistics companies hope to realize new technologies and equipment.The update is to provide better logistics services.In this context,in addition to breakthrough innovation in hardware devices.In terms of academics,the development of logistics theory and technology is equally important.Breakthroughs in new theoretical research such as order clustering and order sorting can also improve logistics efficiency.The order text clustering technology studied in this paper is dedicated to machine learning.The text clustering is applied to the research of logistics sorting to improve the efficiency of logistics picking.This paper first introduces the overview of text clustering technology,and transforms the order text into a high-dimensional matrix through the space vector model.This paper establishes a time model of order picking based on manual picking warehouse.Based on picking time,the order text clustering batch strategy and random clustering batching strategy,seed-order and accompany-order clustering batch strategy are compared and analyzed.In addition,according to the storage allocation strategy of the warehouse,an order text clustering batching strategy with weighted feature words or multiple feature values is studied.Through simulation analysis,it can be concluded that the order text clustering can improve the efficiency of about 20%for the comparison than random clustering strategy,and the efficiency can be improved as a clustering method by order text clustering strategy.The order text clustering and the seed-order and accompany-order clustering batch strategy comparison are more efficient with the seed-order and accompany-order clustering batch strategy.However,after the weighted storage allocation related feature values,the order text clustering efficiency is higher than the seed-order and accompany-order clustering batch strategy.As a clustering batch method,order text clustering can significantly improve the efficiency of order picking,and with the appropriate eigenvalue weighting can further improve the efficiency of order picking.It is a clustering batch method worthy of application and further research.
