With the rapid increase of mobile data traffic and diverse services demands,IMT-2020 5G Advancement Group has proposed full-band access technology to cope with the challenge brought by the shortage of spectrum resources,so as to promote the network capacity.Due to insufficient licensed spectrum resources,it is necessary to exploit unlicensed spectrum and millimeter-wave(mmWave)spectrum to guarantee the quality of service(QoS)of 5G networks.Therefore,in a more complex multi-user scenario with various services,how to utilize unlicensed spectrum and mmWave spectrum resources efficiently is a crucial problem that needs to be solved in 5G networks.Therefore,in order to improve QoS of network,a licensed and unlicensed spectrum aggregation method and a mmWave resource allocation method are proposed to achieve efficient utilization of multi-band spectrums,which considering the diverse QoS requirements of services and spectrum qualities from the perspective of multi-band access.The contributions of this paper are introduced as follows.The first part is QoS-guaranteed licensed and unlicensed spectrum aggregation and resource allocation method.In LAA and WiFi coexistence scenario with licensed and unlicensed spectrum aggregation,the Markov chain model is utilized to model and analyze channel acess mechaism of coexistence system.The overall utility of LAA and WiFi coexistence system is maximized by leveraging the utility function theory of resource allocation.Furthermore,the diverse service requirements of QoS service and BE service,as well as the diverse spectrum qualities of licesned and unlicensed bands are taken into account.A two-step joint licesned and unlicensed spectrum allocation method is proposed based on the derived optimal solutions.Through the dynamic allocation of licensed band and channel access time of unlicensed band,the efficient aggregation of licesned and unlicensed bands can be achieved.The second part is mm Wave resource allocation method in multi-user scenario where multi-beam interference exists.In mm Wave multi-user scenario of multi-beam transmission,the utility function is constructed based on the diverse requirements of services data rate,user fairness,delay and state of queue cache,to characterize the user's scheduling priority.Furthermore,considering the influence of orthogonal inter-beam interference on resource allocation in mm Wave small cell,an interference based multi-beam resource allocation algorithm is proposed,which consists of beam selection and user scheduling.Simulation platform is constructed to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm,compared with the conventional allocation algorithms,the proposed algorithm could reduce the average delay by 28%and the average packet loss rate by 90%.Finally,the content of this paper is summarized,and the fusion of multi-RAT and mm Wave spectrum aggregation technologies are prospected.
