With the development of industrial technology and computer science,the service robot,as a product can closely interact with human,comes into lives of ordinary people.For researchers,not only human-computer interaction should be focused,but also human robot interaction is a promising research.This paper focuses on service robots,based on basic theory of usability testing,situation awareness,cognitive load and mathematical evaluation method,describes usability testing and cognitive testing of service robot,and also comprehensive evaluation model of service robot.First,a usability testing is conducted to inspect the performance of robot.In the testing,Robot Alpha 2 from Ubtech Company is chosen.Three task is designed based on the main function of this product.Performance,emotion metrics and usability testing are collected.After analyzing,some problems are found and advice is given.Then,situation awareness-user experience model is established,with pairing the process of situation awareness and user experience design.According to the theory of situation awareness,cognitive testing of service robots was carried out.In the mission operation,the operator's situation awareness is quantified by the eye movement monitoring method and the operator evaluation method.At the same time,the self-evaluation of situation awareness and cognitive load was performed by the SART scale and the WP scale.Finally,hierarchical relationship of evaluation indicators is established.According of analytic hierarchy process,the weighting coefficients of each level of indicators are determined.Based on the fuzzy evaluation method,the five-points comment is set,the data obtained by the test is treated as an instance to verify the comprehensive evaluation model of service robot.After processing,the final evaluation result is obtained.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model adopts the evaluation indicators of usability and cognition.The combination of subjective and obj ective calculation methods makes the evaluation results more scientific.By integrating situation awareness theory,compared with the common usability test,the model takes human cognitive process into account,which makes it more scientific and feasible.Through the situation awareness-user experience model,the user experience can be improved in a targeted manner.It provides a new idea for service robot evaluation.
