With the rise of mobile Internet technology such as big data and cloud computing,application services are becoming more and more complex,and the requirements for system performance are also increasing.Application performance management services have become the key support for enterprise applications and server management and optimization.In the face of complex system applications,how application performance management services can discover the bottleneck causes in service cluster,put forward targeted optimization proposals,and better improve resource utilization and system efficiency,has become a challenge today.Aiming at the multi-task scheduling problem in complex application service cluster,a bottleneck analysis method of multi-task cooperative scheduling based on application behavior characteristics is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of historical data of application behavior,this paper divides application behavior characteristics into application performance characteristics and task scheduling characteristics.In view of the complexity of application performance characteristics,this paper proposes to use performance feature clustering algorithm to obtain application performance representation categories,and to obtain task scheduling pattern classification by clustering and artificial assistant methods,and to describe the task scheduling pattern by labeled application performance representation categories.After that,the paper abstracts the server task scheduling mode into cellular state,establishes the task scheduling state cellular automaton model,and through the scheduling mode learning algorithm,learns the application scheduling state change sequence,and calculates the state transition probability of the scheduling mode that may have bottlenecks.Based on the bottleneck analysis method of multi-task cooperative scheduling proposed in this paper,combined with the application test and optimization analysis of project requirements,the requirement analysis of multi-task cooperative scheduling bottleneck analysis system is carried out,and then the overall framework of the system is constructed according to the requirement analysis.The static function and dynamic interaction of each module are designed in detail,and the key implementation process is given.Explain.Finally,the functional realization of the system is tested to verify the effectiveness of the system.
