With the full coverage construction of the power information collection service and the wide application of the power collection terminal,the routine maintenance work of the terminal is particularly important.Abnormal terminal faults often cause the collection master station to fail to carry out normal collection services,thus affecting the development of other services.In the actual solution to the terminal faults,the operators manually check and process them on site,thus increasing the labor.The cost and processing time are not timely,and it will bring a lot of inconvenience to the users.Therefore,this paper analyzes and judges the data of the terminal equipment in combination with the relevant background,and uses the method of big data modeling to analyze the quality of the running terminal.The faulty terminal performs timely processing,which can greatly facilitate the routine maintenance of the running terminal.One of the key points in the terminal quality analysis system is to establish an accurate terminal failure prediction model,and use the big data platform technology to integrate and process the multi-source data such as massive historical collection data and terminal archive data to obtain detailed data related to the terminal.Data preprocessing,feature factor selection,construction of predictive models and model evaluation methods are used to realize the development of terminal fault prediction models,and the terminal is verified,processed and fed back through the system display method,and the accuracy of terminal fault prediction is continuously optimized and improved.Real-time monitoring of terminal quality and early warning of failures can help improve the effectiveness of terminal maintenance and save investment costs and maintenance costs.After further understanding and analysis of the system development background and the domestic and international research status of the construction of smart grid,the main work content and direction of this topic are clarified,and the actual functions and services of each part of the system are deeply understood through the demand analysis,and the B/S mode is adopted.,Java Web and other development technologies to complete the development and design of the system.The design process of the system mainly includes:using the use case diagram and the use case description to show the functional requirements analysis of each part of the system;From the description of design principles to the overall architectural design of the system and functional architecture design;The requirements analysis provides detailed design of each module of the system;and the system implementation and testing of the functional design of each part,and the results are presented to the operating users.In terms of interface function display,the functions of user rights management,model management,terminal quality analysis,terminal fault sample library and work order processing module are highlighted.The system user can manage the respective passwords and the like through operation,and can select the corresponding parameters for model training and decide whether to use,and can query the collection success rate,online rate and other data of the terminal and the terminal failure prediction result analysis,and then generate a work order according to the query result.Distribute,process and feedback,enrich the terminal fault sample library,and optimize the system to achieve effective terminal maintenance purposes.
