State-owned enterprises are an important pillar of China's national economy.With the development of the market economy and the continuous reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises,they are still an indispensable type of enterprises in China.Generally,state-owned enterprises hold shares,which are characterized by large scale and extensive business.There are great differences between the state-owned enterprises in the division of their subordinate institutions and the main industries they are engaged in according to the type of industry.The state-owned enterprises studied in this paper are mainly state-owned enterprises in the three-industry transportation industry,which need a large number of vehicles for enterprise development support.In the process of vehicle management,if the enterprise still relies on the traditional way for scheduling and management,on the one hand,the vehicle utilization efficiency is not high,on the other hand,human factors may easily lead to the vehicle management chaos.Nowadays,with highly integrated information technology,vehicle management of large state-owned enterprises can also be reformed by means of information technology.Its purpose is to improve the vehicle dispatching capacity of state-owned enterprises,make them have a high level of operating efficiency,and improve the production and operation capacity of enterprises.When studying the vehicle scheduling system of large state-owned enterprises,this paper focuses on the following parts:(1)Genetic algorithm is introduced as the data calculation model of vehicle scheduling process,so that vehicle allocation can always be used in an optimal scheme.(2)J2EE platform and MyEclipse tool are used to implement the system.The seamless connection between the system development platform and database is realized through MySQL database and the efficiency of data processing is improved.(3)The analysis and design of main functional modules including vehicle allocation management,vehicle scheduling management,vehicle query and statistics are finished and use case analysis and process design are carried out according to software engineering methods.(4)The main functional modules and technical links are implemented and tested by applying the technical scheme of the system,and the application quality of the system is guaranteed through the system functional test.The research and application of the vehicle scheduling system of large state-owned enterprises are based on the vehicle management of large state-owned enterprises,and it is applicable to the vehicle scheduling management of logistics vehicle management departments and state-owned logistics enterprises.Through the actual deployment and application of the system,the expected research and application results have been achieved.
