Service-oriented units need to provide quality services over a long period of time,and employees often experience conflicts between working hours and life.At present,the flexible employment method-deterministic self rostering(DSR)commonly used by service-oriented units,solves the problem of employees' different preferences to some extent,however,it only considers whether employees have a preference for employment factors,but neglects the intensity of the preference.Therefore,based on the traditional flexible employment method,the probabilistic employment(PE)method was proposed,the probability employment model was established,and the probabilistic employment management information system was designed and analyzed.The main contents include:In the aspect of probabilistic employment,the probabilistic shift(PS)which consideres the probability as the core point was proposed,and employees with weak time factor preference or no obvious preference can obtain higher wages by selecting probabilistic shifts,while probabilistic shifts will be randomly assigned a specific shift to the employee according to the distribution principle with a certain probability.In the aspect of probabilistic employment model,based on the classical hotelling model,the probabilistic self rostering(PSR)model under the general distribution of employee preference with minimum employment cost was established,the correctness of the model was verified by the concrete uniform distribution,and it was proved theoretically that PSR can enhance the benefit of both units and employees,and the mechanism of PSR improving the benefit was analyzed.In addition,the PSR model was evaluated from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Finally,the scientific nature of PSR in practical application was analyzed by an example.In the aspect of probabilistic employment management information system,through the goal analysis and business process analysis of the system,the system structure was divided and the relationship and function between the sub-modules were defined,and the architecture and database of the whole system were designed.At the same time,the web version interface was designed from the perspective of employees and administrators,as well as the WeChat version interface suitable for employees to use anytime and anywhere.The system can assist in the implementation of probabilistic employment.
