The mosaic technique based on feature point matching is an important research field in the field of digital image processing. It has a wide range of applications in the fields of virtual reality, computer vision, computer graphics and remote sensing image analysis.Splicing technique is also divided into a variety of dimensions,two-dimensional planar image mosaic, including color images, spectral images, microscopic images;3D point cloud image mosaic, both in reverse engineering,three-dimensional model reconstruction process are involved.Based on the introduction of the application prospect of image mosaic technology, this paper introduces the splicing of 3D point cloud data and the extraction of coordinate points based on Kinect. And a pencil-like spectrometer is designed, which can detect the spectral information of biological samples, and finally finish the splicing of spectral images. The main research content and innovation can be summarized as the following three points:This paper summarizes the basic theory of 3D point cloud reconstruction, including the traditional point cloud splicing process, registration method based on feature point,ICP,SIFT,RANSAC and other algorithm ideas, and then illustrates the limitations of ICP,proposes the double-step splicing method, which combined the initial splicing with the fine splicing, improving the accuracy and efficiency of cloud point splicing.Pointing out the need of high speed and precise monitoring of radiotherapy sites for cancer patients in the field of biomedicine;firstly, making a color annotation of radiotherapy sites;and then using the principle of RGB primary on the basis of Kinect to extract the three-dimensional coordinates of the labeling spots so as to achieve precise trgeting treatment. At the same time, the experimental accuracy of Kinect is tested based on the theory and test results.A new imaging spectrometer system was designed.Based on the experimental spectral results,it is possible to measure the maturity of bananas, the detection of myoglobin in pork, and the monitoring of hemoglobin in human body.In addition, through the manual scanning of the imaging spectrometer, the cube of the three-dimensional spectral image data can be obtained, that is,the splicing of the spectral image.
