During the development of wireless communication technology, the various kinds of interference problems limit the further development of wireless communication technology all the time. Therefore, the effective interference management has become the key to break the bottleneck of the development of wireless communication, and interference alignment technology for its unique way of interference management and efficient interference management effect have attracted many researchers' attention. The main work of this paper is to research a interference alignment scheme which is more suitable for practical communication scenarios. In this paper,we mainly analyze the transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment(TIA)scheme, which only depends on the topology information of the network at transmitters and receivers rather than the channel state information at the transmitters, and design the specific transmitter cooperation based interference alignment scheme. On the one hand, compared to the existing interference alignment scheme which need to know the complete and perfect channel state information, our scheme is much more practical. On the other hand, through combining with the Coordinated Multiple Points Transmission technology, the proposed transmitter cooperation based interference alignment scheme can improve the system performance effectively and have a significant impact on exploring the potential ability of the wireless communication system. For the SISO interference channel, this paper investigates the transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment problem, introduces the establishment process of partially connected system model and the transmission mechanism which accomplished by information sharing between transmitters. Moreover,a transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment scheme is designed in detail, and the degrees of freedom can be obtained. In view of the MIMO interference channel, this paper proposes transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment scheme for two scenarios,i.e.there exists a Hamiltonian cycle or a perfect matching in alignment-feasible graph. The core idea of the scheme is to construct the partially connected model of the system by ignoring the effect of interference link weak enough and keep strong signal link through some operation by the corresponding topology information firstly. Moreover, after drawing the corresponding alignment-feasible graph, this paper proposes different transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment schemes by jointly designing the precoding and decoding matrices when there exists a Hamiltonian cycle or a perfect matching in alignment-feasible graph to achieve the purpose of interference alignment ultimately. In addition, this paper investigates the results of the proposed transmitter cooperation based topological interference alignment scheme, and gives the performance of the system through the analysis of simulation results, which makes up for the research of topological interference alignment scheme in a certain extent and extends the research dimension for interference alignment technology.
