PLC(Power Line Communication)technology is a communication method which use power cable as the transmission medium,it has the capacity of exchanging data and information between different PLC equipment.The power user electric energy data acquire system,which proposed by the national grid,is an automatic management system of power system based on power line communication,this system can achieve the automatic control of whole network,such as the remote acquisition and charging about power usage.At present,the national grid is still pushing forward the development and construction of power use electric energy data acquire system and acquisition devices,and striving to achieve the whole coverage of the acquisition system.The PLC technology has grown rapidly over the past few years,there is a breakthrough in China about the power user electric energy data acquire system based on the broadband PLC protocol by many manufacturers,the equipment produced by them should not only meet the standards,but also can achieve the interoperability.Therefore,it is necessary and important to build a test system and to do the conformance testing of the PLC protocol.The work is of great significance for promoting the broadband PLC standardization and interoperability.The work of this thesis is to make an intensive study of low-voltage broadband power line carrier communication protocol,and to develop the test set and platform of conformance testing.Firstly,the PLC protocol standard is introduced,including network topology,protocol stack structure,networking mechanism and network maintenance mechanism,etc.Secondly,according to the test requirement of PLC protocol,the conformance test set is designed based on TTCN-3 core language,the test set covers all aspects of the protocol standard,then all test cases in the test set are described in the form of TTCN-3 test script.Thirdly,the development of the conformance testing system is completed based on the TITAN development environment,including the development of codec entity,system adapter,etc.Finally,the capacity of the PLC testing system is tested and verified by a simulation program,it ensures the correctness of the test system and the feasibility of the TTCN-3 test script.
