In recent years, the digital publishing industry has developed rapidly, especially in the digital reading field, which has brought about a good development opportunity for the entire digital publishing industry. However, the scale of the system is increasing, the functions are gradually becoming complex, and the requirements for performance and scalability are gradually increasing. There are many problems in the monolithic architecture, and it is difficult to cope with the high performance and scalability of the demand. The corresponding micro-service architecture is very different, and the micro-service architecture is a good choice when the complexity of the target system is increased and the scope is expanded.Based on the above situation, this paper proposes to apply the micro-service architecture technology to the digital reading system. The article first analyzes the development background of the current digital reading system and microservice architecture technology, and forecasts the future development trend of the digital reading system. Then, the key technical points of micro-service architecture technology are studied, and the development route when microservice architecture technology is applied in digital reading system is determined, and the basic framework and Eureka service registration center are used.On this basis, the core service of the system is designed and implemented. At the same time, two problems that need to be solved in the system development process are also proposed and solutions are provided.Through this article,we can understand the development status of digital reading systems, development points and technical difficulties, and have certain reference significance for the development users of other digital reading systems. At the same time, the solution is available to assist with other project development using micro-services architecture technology.
