As people realize that the chaotic characteristics,such as randomness and ergodicity of chaotic system,are especially suitable to design of data encryption,the application of chaotic system in communication security has attracted the attention on many researchers at home and abroad.Duo the superiority of chaos encryption,the research about it has become a hotspot in the field of information security.Although traditional data encryption algorithms,such as DES,AES,RSA and so on,are secure,they can not meet the high real-time requirements of multimedia data buause of complex algorithms,slow computing speed and large delay.FPGA with high-speed parallel processing,repeatable configuration,has been widely used in communications,video,information processing and other fields.This paper uses FPGA technology to complete the design of chaotic encryption algorithm,and on the basis of complete confidentiality video communication system design and implementation,it not only ensures the security of video data,but also meets the real-time requirement of video transmission.The main works of this paper is as follows:1.The dynamic behaviors of the PMSM model,generalized augmented Lu chaos system and generalized augmented Lu hyperchaotic system are analyzed based on phase trajectory,Poincare section,Lyapunov spectrum and bifurcation diagram,respectively.2.Nonlinear chaos synchronization method and feedback drive-response chaos synchronization method are applied.on this basis,the driving-response synchronization of PMSM chaotic system,the nonlinear synchronization of generalized augmented Lu chaotic system and the generalized augmented Lu hyperchaos are analyzed.3.The FPGA hardware implementation of video communication system is introduced.Then two chaotic secure communication systems including chaotic masking and feedback synchronization of drive-response are analyzed.The FPGA design scheme and results of the secure video communication system based on the three(hyper-)chaotic systems are given,and the secure video communication based on FPGA is realized.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed respectively from three aspects of security,real-time and channel bandwidth.In summary,it shows that the scheme of confidential video communication based on FPGA is feasible and effective.
