With the continuous development of electronic countermeasure and electronic countercountermeasure technologies,the means of ECM and ECCM make a rapid progress in modern electronic warfare.Military intelligence competition is an important battlefield for electronic warfare,and its technology is constantly developing rapidly.The individual identification of radar emitter is the need for further intelligence information.The development and advancement of modern electronic technology have guaranteed its possibility.The robustness of modern radar emitter provides the convenience for them.However,the number of the radar emitters is huge,which makes the acquisition and certification of sample signals a great challenge.The individual identification of the radar emitters needs comprehensive information support such as the signal characteristics and other military intelligence information to fully determine its accurate individual information.At the same time,in order to enable the results obtained by some individual identification devices to be commonly used by more devices and to expand the scope and universality of the individual identification system,in addition to requiring the individual identification device itself to have excellent accuracy and stability,it also needs the calibration system with a higher degree of accuracy and stability perform comprehensive corrections for each identification device to achieve a uniform and standardized standard.From the aspects of radar emitter individual identification feature extraction and radar emitter individual identification equipment calibration,two aspects are studied in this thesis.The main research work of this thesis is summarized as follows:Firstly,the generation mechanism of individual features of radar emitters and the principle of selection of characteristic parameters are analyzed.The characteristic parameter system combining regular features and individual features in pulse is studied..Then the basic theory related to the regular features of radar emitters is introduced.The time domain and frequency domain simulation of several widely used signal forms in modern radar is analyzed.According to the time-frequency spectrum differences of different modulation manner signals,radar emitter identification is performed using a modulation manner recognition method based on short-time Fourier transform.And under different SNR conditions,Monte Carlo simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Secondly,multiple individual pulse features are extracted from the time domain,frequency domain,and transform domain to identify radar emitters,and under different SNR conditions,the validity of each feature extraction algorithm and the robustness of feature parameters are verified by the measured data.Finally,the Taguchi method is used to calibrate the radar emitter individual identification equipment.The multi-dimensional parameters of the individual identification equipment are calibrated using a professional high-precision signal generator,and a Taguchi-type linear calibration curve is fitted.The measurement results are calibrated according to the linear calibration curve.The corresponding measurement uncertainty is calculated.Taking signal generator calibration as an example to verify the application of Taguchi's linear calibration method in actual engineering.
