Satellite communication and navigation equipment gradually develops to multifunctionality,but multifunction will lead to an increase in the number of antennas.How to meet the miniaturization while realizing the multifunctionality of the equipment is a difficult problem in the current research.In this paper,a dual-system antenna array for mobile communication and satellite navigation and positioning is designed for the needs of satellite communication and navigation.The antenna array is highly integrated with multiple antenna modules,including Satcom phased array antenna,B3 anti-jamming array antenna,and RDSS receiver anti-jamming antenna.It can realize voice,short message,high-speed data communication functions and satellite navigation and positioning functions based on mobile communication.RDSS message communication function and anti-jamming function.The main contents are as follows:In order to realize the miniaturization and multi-functionality of the overall system,it is necessary to abandon the simple physical overlay design concept and use highly integrated design method.In this paper,a four-phase phased array antenna for satellite communication and an eight-phase array antenna for satellite communication are designed.We minimize the number of antennas for satellite communication antenna and RDSS antenna by stacking the two kind antennas.The low elevation angle scanning characteristics of the antenna is improved by selecting the dielectric constants of the upper,and middle and lower layers.The introduction of the dual-probe feeding technology improves the circular polarization bandwidth of the antenna.After the antenna is tested in the 1.98 GHz to 2.01 GHz and 2.17 GHz to 2.2GHz frequency ranges,the gain within 30°of the beam width is greater than 12 d Bi.The VSWR is less than 2.0 and the axial ratio is less than 3d B.Second,this paper also designed two anti-jamming array antennas: B3 anti-jamming array antenna and RDSS receiving array antenna,B3 array antenna axial gain in the working frequency band reached 10 d Bi,VSWR is less than 1.5,the axial ratio is less than 3d B;RDSS receiving antenna achieves left-hand circularly polarized radiation through slotting and angle cutting technology.The antenna has an axial gain of 10 d Bi at the operating frequency,the VSWR is less than 2.0,and AR is less than 3 d B.The three antennas and 16 antenna elements are highly integrated in a small antenna system.Due to the complexity of the antenna types,the large number of antennas,and the relatively concentrated coverage band,the mutual coupling between the antennas is severe.In this paper,the following methods are used to reduce antenna mutual coupling.In the design of a left-hand circularly polarized satellite array antenna,the middle four-element antenna and the right-hand circularly polarized RDSS receiving antenna are laminated,and the two opposite antenna polarization design stacking design is used to reduce the isolation of the RDSS antenna and the satellite communication antenna.Antenna isolation greater than 26 d B,RDSS antenna and B3 antenna isolation greater than 31 d B;RDSS receiving antenna probe through the satellite antenna dielectric lining body,through the ground around the probe to increase the short circuit with the metal wall vias.The isolation of the satellite communication antenna and the RDSS antenna has been improved by about 3.4d B.By adding the metal wall around the B3 antenna radiator,the isolation between the B3 antenna is improved by 3d B.The rational distribution of the antenna elements required by each system enables each antenna to work independently and achieve antenna integration.The satellite communication and navigation integrated antenna designed in this paper pays attention to the functions of mobile communication and satellite positioning navigation at the same time.It has certain application value in the field of satellite navigation and communication,and provides design ideas for implementing the wide beam and antenna decoupling direction of the array antenna.
