With the development of the information era,the application of big data in life is more and more extensive.Through using big data technology to mine the massive data,we could maximize the hidden value of data.The results which obtained from the analysis will be of guiding significance to life and practice.As one of the application scenarios of big data,the medical diagnostic service could use a medical database of clinical cases to construct a diagnostic model,which can make a medical pre-diagnosis of people's health condition,when people are inconvenient to go to hospital for medical treatment.However,while the medical diagnostic service brings us convenience,it also brings the risk of leakage of medical data.In recent years,various types of privacy leakage affair constantly occurred,which bring serious consequences.People have much more stronger concerns about privacy protection issues.In the processing of medical data,it mainly involves two aspects of privacy protection issues: privacy of user's sensitive information and confidentiality of service provider's diagnostic model data.In view of the privacy protection issues mentioned above,this paper constructs a privacy-preserving online medical pre-diagnosis scheme based on skyline computing.Based on this,a user pre-diagnosis system based on multi-dimensional medical data is proposed and implemented.Specifically,the emphases of this paper are as follows: Firstly,we construct a privacy-preserving Skyline online medical pre-diagnosis scheme.The scheme uses a diagnostic model based on the Skyline algorithm to provide users with efficient and accurate online medical pre-diagnosis services.Through the introduction of secure symmetric encryption algorithms and data verification mechanisms,two-way identity authentication and secure data transmission between users and service providers are achieved,ensuring the privacy for users and service providers.Then through analyzing the correctness,safety and computational complexity of the scheme,we know that the scheme has higher security and efficiency.Secondly,based on Skyline online medical pre-diagnosis scheme,we propose a user pre-diagnosis system based on multi-dimensional medical data.The system consists of two parts: client and server.The server utilizes the medical resources provided by the medical data collection center,constructing a medical pre-diagnosis model and two-stage triage functions,calculating and processing the query requests submitted by clients,and providing online medical pre-diagnosis services with high efficiency and privacy-preserving.Finally,we implement and test the user pre-diagnosis system based on multi-dimensional medical data,and introduce testing environment and implementation process in detail.The testing result shows that the system has achieved functional designs and can provide privacy-preserving,accurate and efficient medical pre-diagnosis services for users.
