With the increase of the mass consumption ability,the personalized customized products suitable for themselves are becoming more and more popular.The existing clothing production mode is hard to support the market demand of large quantities and varieties.However,the traditional single volume single cutting has long production cycle and high cost,and the mass customization has become the new trend of clothing production nowadays.It can not only meet the needs of consumers' individualized customization,but also have the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.Therefore,mass customization has become an important development model for clothing enterprises to adapt to the market trend.In the transformation of enterprise to mass customization,a series of new information technology support is needed.In this paper,the transformation of mass customization production model of Ruyi group clothing company is the starting point,and the research content and technical practice include:(1)this paper systematically studies the clothing mass customization,and puts forward the basic principle of mass customization.It describes the technical system of mass customization of clothing,ERP technology,APS technology,quick response of enterprise and clothing sizes filing technology.In addition,it focuses on the analysis and study of the most important key technologies,including filing technology of mass customization in the production process and information technology of mass customization production based on ERP.(2)improved K-means clustering algorithm.The board type measurement project of a man shirt of a unit in Jining is combined with the production workshop of Shandong Ruyi group clothing company.After data missing values,outliers and normal tests,the K-means clustering algorithm will randomly select the initial cluster center.The initial clustering center is selected to improve the K-means clustering algorithm by using the maximum and minimum distance method.Finally,the experimental data are analyzed by SPSS software.The results of the experiment show that the classification effect is good and the similarity of the inside type characteristics is high,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the improved algorithm.It reduces the number of plate types,improves the productionefficiency and reduces the production cost in the process of mass customization of garment production in Shandong Ruyi group.(3)go deep into the field research.By analyzing the business process of production management,the ERP system for mass customization of clothing production management is designed and realized,and the whole process of mass customization production is optimized.The process of mass customization production is more informational and efficient.
