Video surveillance is an important means for public security agencies to maintain national security and social stability in the new situation,The video surveillance security issue has become a bottleneck problem in the development of safe city,Video surveillance is often maliciously forged,Ensuring the authenticity and reliability of surveillance video information is the basic requirement for video surveillance security.This paper focuses on video source identification and forgery detection technology in surveillance system,According to the characteristics of surveillance video and the need for real-time monitoring scenario,research key technologies from two aspects of video source identification and video forgery detection,The specific work is as follows:Aiming at the problem of wireless surveillance device spoofing attacks,a surveillance video source identification algorithm based on PRNU real-time clustering is proposed.Utilize the characteristics of surveillance video equipment,build surveillance video equipment fingerprint,binding surveillance video equipment and multimedia data content through real-time DBSCAN clustering algorithm,Implements video traceability and spoofing detection based on hardware fingerprints of surveillance video equipment.Experiments show that the algorithm has the advantages of simple and high efficiency,the accuracy rate reaches 96.83%,and it can effectively monitor and prevent video equipment spoofing attacks.Aiming at the problem of surveillance video content forgery,a surveillance video forgery detection algorithm based on fragile watermark is proposed.Combining the video frame number and timestamp as watermark information,to ensure the authenticity of the content;Using the statistical characteristics of PRNU noise as the key to ensure that the video source can be traced.The watermark is embedded in the non-zero quantized AC coefficients of the 4×4 block of the luma component in I-frame to implement the detection of surveillance video forgery.Experiments show that the watermarking algorithm has good concealment and robustness,the PSNR is above 35 d B,the BER values are all lower than 0.3,and the spatial domain and time domain forgery can be detected.Based on the above methods,a video surveillance operation safety supervision platform isdesigned and implemented.Combining the video watermarking technology with the video source identification technology,the advantages of the hardware fingerprinting and watermarking algorithms of the monitoring equipment are fully utilized.The platform is applied to multiple safe city systems,verifying the reliability and practicability of the algorithm.
