With the advancement of science and technology,the role of information and data has become more and more magnified.it is the only way to realize the judicial modernization by rationally utilizing existing case data to serve the public security department.The way to follow up cases by human is no longer adapted to the current state of police cases.The Chaoyang District Public Security Bureau aims to build an intelligent data visualization system that integrates forecasting,monitoring and early warning,which provides a strong backing for the public security departments to crack down on illegal crimes.According to the demand of the Chaoyang District Public Security Bureau,the Artificial Intelligence Team of the Beijing Telecommunications Research Institute has developed a police situation display system called ZhiCha.The system adopts the B/S system architecture and adopts a development mode in which the front and rear ends are separatecd.The entire system uses the Spring framework to achieve individual management of the control,views,and data.Meanwhile,the front end adopts React framework and utilize Redux to manage the front-end data.Besides,Echarts and G2 are applied as effective tools for visualization,and MySQL is used as a database management tool.This paper first introduces the research status at home and abroad which makes reference for the realization of the system.After clarifying the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system,according to the functional modules,the system is divided into five modules:police case display,police situation monitoring,police case search,alarm prediction and report center.According to the requirements,the scheme for the front-end performance optimization is designed.Also,from the entity relationship of the system,the database tables are designed according to the database logic ER diagrams.In the detailed design of the system,starting from each functional module,the implementation process of each functional module is explained in detail by means of web page screenshots,method implementation diagrams,operation sequence diagrams,function class diagrams and the like.At the end of the paper,the test methods and test cases of the system are introduced.The test proves that the design of the system meets the expected requirements.The realization of the Zhicha police situation diaplay system has greatly improved the efficiency of the Chaoyang District Public Security Bureau and optimized the police force allocation.The prediction is accurate,the alert information is timely and the system is easy to use.As a consequence,it deservedly has received the praise of the relevant police.
