The Design And Implementation Of Contract Management System Based On IK Participle And Full Text Retrieval

With the deepening of information technology reform in our country,the development of enterprise informatization directly affects the business efficiency of enterprises,and enterprises transform business operations through internal management and reorganization,so as to meet long-term development interests of enterprises.Contract management is an important means for the development of enterprise informatization.Enterprises have a positive effect on the management and long-term development of enterprises by meticulous management of contracts.The design and implementation of the contract management system is not only conducive to the reorganization of the internal resources of the enterprise,but also has an important practical significance for strengthening the management of the enterprise contract.The traditional contract management system has been difficult to meet the requirements of the development of enterprises,the contract management system of traditional manual management mode or contract of relatively simple functions have many drawbacks,the contract management system,the contract is easy to lose,information security is poor,not easy to contract the query and statistics,if the business case of contract change so,the traditional contract management need to face a lot of changes,redrafting,revising,management extremely difficult,and requires a lot of manpower and material costs.Therefore,how to develop a contract management system suitable for the development of the enterprise in the new era has become an important means to improve the enterprise information and core competitiveness.Firstly,through the demand research,This paper first analyzes and summarizes the actual business process of the contract management system through demand research,and analyzes the research status of the contract management system at home and abroad,and then proposes the overall research content of the contract management system.Secondly,according to the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the contract management system,this paper designs the overall structure and functional modules of the system,and based on the MVC design pattern,divides the system into independent four-layer structures,each level.The structures are relatively independent,reducing the degree of coupling between system modules.In terms of system front-end implementation,the system uses AJAX technology to develop the front-end function interface.It uses the corresponding asynchronous visual programming method to make the front-end WEB development process,and processes the service request between the server and the client asynchronously.AJAX improves the service efficiency of the entire foreground request by using JavaScript and CSS technology to present the results of the request to the front-end user layer.In the aspect of key algorithm implementation,this paper conducts a detailed study on IK participle and full-text search algorithm.Based on the integration of J2EE architecture and full-text search technology,the core data is segmented and the corresponding index is built on the core data keyword data.Quickly retrieve full-text contract data based on keyword index.The contract management system based on IK participle full text retrieval designed and implemented in this paper can efficiently and quickly deal with the contract business process,so as to realize the paperless process of contract management.This system has fundamentally improved the efficiency of the contract management.The contract management system not only improves the security of the enterprise level system,but also reduces the cycle of system upgrading and maintenance,thus improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,the contract management system designed and implemented in this paper has been designed and implemented in this paper.It has important practical significance for enterprises to maintain long-term and stable development.
