As the basic unit of society,human behavior reflects the various characteristics from micro to macro interaction with the world.The analysis and evaluation of human behavior information can promote the construction of social structure,smart city,classroom education,health monitoring and other aspects.With the rapid development of sensing technology,collecting the human behavior information becomes more convenient.And analyzing the intrinsic meaning of behavior of individual and group has great value for prediction in a variety of fields.This paper designs an object behavior information collection system based on wireless sensor network(WSN).The system can evaluate objects within a certain range,and the number of objects that can be simultaneously supported is more than 100.Based on the system,it is applied to the indoor environment and classroom education.And we develop data acquisition system management website based on Django.Then based on the system,we collect the acceleration data from multiple subjects to construct a dataset about classroom education.And we apply activity recognition on the dataset,whose accuracy reaches 93.6639%.Besides,frame loss caused by multi-node wireless high-speed transmission in a limited area is analyzed,and we also compare the robust of three main algorithms:SVM,random forest and Xgboost for frame loss data.For the characteristics of our system,we use linear interpolation to improve the robust of our algorithm.The experiment result shows that the accuracy of linear interpolation can be controlled within 3%when the frame loss rate reaches 30%.And we also performed the same processing on a public dataset from UCI to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Compared with the traditional behavior assessment methods,our system is low cost,strong scalability,high precision and doesn't involve privacy.In the future it can be applied to community,medical,etc.,which helps to improve the efficiency of management organizations,and also provides the basis for analyzing human behavior.
