With the trend of radar civilization,the frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW)system radar is gradually playing a vital role in real life because of its high resolution,no measurement dead zone,low transmission power and good anti-interference ability.In the multi-objective measurement,after optimizing the waveform of the frequency modulated continuous wave,the matching problem between multiple targets is solved.This paper studies and implements the measurement system of multi-target radar under the frequency modulation continuous wave.Firstly,the measurement principle of FMCW system radar is expounded.Then the radar's related parameters,sawtooth wave and triangle wave waveform measurement principle are derived,and the relationship between the frequency of the difference frequency signal and the target speed and distance is obtained.Regarding the angle measurement principle of radar,an example of one-shot and two-receiving antennas is described.Secondly,the measurement principle of multi-target is introduced.A radar multi-target measurement method based on trapezoidal wave is proposed.It solves the problem of pairing of current triangular waves for dense multi-target measurements.In the simulation experiment,the speed and distance of 30 targets are measured,and the error between the test result and the actual parameter of the target is small,which satisfies the requirement of measurement accuracy.In addition,this paper uses the ADF4158 chip to realize the generation of trapezoidal waves at the front end.Then,the main factors affecting the radar target measurement of the FMCW system are analyzed.Several common methods for improving measurement accuracy are introduced.Finally,the composition of the FMCW speed radar system is realized,and the functions of each module and the use of software are explained separately.In the field of traffic control,multi-target speed radars as a transportation product need to pass a variety of tests,such as:speed measurement accuracy,electrical testing,rain testing,temperature testing.The test report indicates that this product is in full compliance with the requirements of the National Road Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for transportation products.
