Ensuring the stable operation of control system is a vital prerequisite for its work,but in reality,a variety of faults brought enormous challenges to the smooth running of the system.Therefore,the research of fault diagnosis and controller design for control system is of great importance in practice.With the constant progress of the society and the continuous development of science and technology,the distributed parameter systems in the field of social sciences,natural sciences and engineering play an more and more important role.People also pay more and more attention to it.Fault diagnosis based on distributed parameter systems,stability analysis and controller design has very important practical significance.First,this thesis studies the Backstepping controller and observer based on parabolic PDE system design.Based on the structure of this kind of new method for solving partial differential equations,by introducing a kind of coordinate transformation,the original system equation is converted into a single simple equation,and then using the method of separation of variables for solving the simple equation to obtain the exact solution of the original system equations.Combining integrator Backstepping theory,for a class of typical parabolic partial differential equation with boundary conditions to describe distributed parameter systems,for the design of state feedback controller and observer Backstepping border.The stability of the system has reached the index of convergence and save a large amount of calculation.Then,in view of the linear parabolic partial differential equation systems under the actuator failure based fault detection,an adaptive method of fault estimation,and the safe operation of the remaining time of prediction system.In the third chapter describes return footwork,considering actuator failure,make the system to detect the fault and alarm in time and accurate tracking performance of the fault.Finally,on the basis of above research,joined the mobile sensors,and to design the observer,with the idea of adaptive,makes the system obtain more accurate control,less conservative observation results,and saves more cost in the industrial process.Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
