Electronic equipment is a multidisciplinary system,which consists of two main parts,mechanical structure and electromagnetism.Its performance includes electromagnetic performance and mechanical structure performance.In the design,both structural and electromagnetic factors need to be considered simultaneously.In the analysis process,many physical fields(including electromagnetic field,structural displacement field and temperature field)are often involved.Therefore,single analysis is often time-consuming.In addition,the electronic equipment design is an iterative process,it will cause the calculation workload is very large,so that the traditional optimization method is less efficient in the actual project.In order to improve the computational efficiency and design quality,this paper studies how to use the optimization method based on adaptive metamodel to solve the optimal design of electronic equipment.The main work is as follows:1.A two-point adaptive metamodel based on correlation domain is proposed.By using the meaning of correlation function in the Kriging model,we can determine the correlation domain and sample in the correlation domain,so as to ensure that the metamodel has high prediction accuracy in the local area,and at the same time,it improves the convergence of the algorithm.In addition,the global sampling model is constructed based on the predictive variance and the maximum minimum distance between the sample points to improve the global prediction ability of the metamodel.Typical test examples verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.2.In order to solve the problem of expensive constraint function in electronic equipment optimization design,the optimization problem based on adaptive metamodel with expensive constraints is discussed,and puts forward to build initial metamodel constrained by initial sample;then,the constraint boundary sampling method is used to sample so that the constrained metamodel has better accuracy at the constraint function boundary;finally,the constraint function model of objective function optimization based on iterative optimization.3.The two-point adaptive metamodel based on correlation domain is applied to the electromechanical synthetic optimization of an 8m reflector antenna and a 70 m metal truss radome in electronic equipment,and has achieved satisfactory results.
