With the popularity of smart phones, there have been many applications based on the user's geographical location for services. Most of these services require the user's location information. For the user, geographical location is an important private information,so there has been a lot of research on the privacy of the user's location. The existing research mainly focus on the privacy leakage in the process of using location information after the user obtains location information. However, there is also the risk of location information leakage in the positioning process. This paper will analyze the risk of privacy leaks in the positioning process based on the positioning method of signal fingerprinting and the assistive global positioning system(AGPS)positioning techniques, and propose solutions respectively.Program.Then the theory and experiment demonstrate the usability of this paper. The positioning method based on signal fingerprint recognition needs to match the signal fingerprint data measured by the user with the signal fingerprint data stored by the server. In this process, the malicious server can obtain the real location information of the user by obtaining the signal fingerprint of the user, while the malicious user The server's fingerprint database information can be obtained during the matching process. In this paper,a scheme based on homomorphic encryption is designed to protect the privacy of both parties in this process.Several different schemes are designed to improve the time efficiency of matching scheme based on homomorphic encryption and to reduce the complexity of this scheme.Degree of influence.A GPS is a GPS(Global Positioning System)improvement that has been introduced to improve positioning efficiency and accuracy. In order to improve positioning speed and positioning accuracy,GPS devices are required to upload part of GPS signal information to a third-party server for assistance in positioning. This part of GPS signal information exposes the user location to a third-party server, thereby disclosing user location privacy. In this paper,we use the k-anonymity method to forge the GPS signal information which is similar to the real information, making it difficult for the server to determine the true location of the user in order to protect the privacy of users.
