Research And Application Of Information Extraction And Knowledge Discovery Based On Professional Literature

Since the knowledge map has been put forward by Google-it has received extensive attention.A large number of researchers have been involved in the study of the construction and application of the knowledge map.Industry is more closely followed by Google.In the field of retrieval.Google's Knowledge Map,Baidu's Knowledge Intimate and Sogou's Knowledge Cube has opened the prelude of the application of the knowledge map.In the field of retrieval,the knowledge map is mainly used in the construction of a new generation of search engines--semantic retrieval.In the field of research,there are some knowledge map building systems for research only.For example,DIPRE systems,Snowball systems,NELL systems,and ZORE systems,etc.However,the research on the construction and application of knowledge map in the professional field is relatively small.The field of information science as one of the areas of earlier research in the field of literature,its main research techniques are link analysis,CO citation analysis,etc.The text of the study is a regular text,and it does not involve the relationships in the domain and the technology of the knowledge map in the field of information science.And it is rarely used in Natural Language Processing technology,and is also an analysis of linked networks rather than semantic networks.Most of the entities in the industry when building knowledge maps come from existing entity tables and extracting entities from semi-structured data such as Wikipedia.The research status of relationship extraction is similar to that of named entity recognition.There is a great difference between the professional field and the general field:general domain building map has a resource advantage,and the professional field has high quality literature resources and a large number of professional dictionaries.Based on the current research ofKnowledge Map,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between general field and professional field,and implementationprofessional domain knowledge map construction and application system according to the professional field characteristics:(1)This paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing the Knowledge Map in the field of specialty based on the current research situation and the characteristics of professional fields.Compared with the common domain knowledge map construction method,and summarizes the differences between the general domain and the professional domain in the existing resources and knowledge map construction methods;(2)Implementation Bootstrapping algorithm;(3)Solving the problem of semantic drift of Bootstrapping;(4)Using the idea of information compression to implement the relationship extraction;(5)This paper proposes a set of professional domain Knowledge Map Framework,and implement the construction and application system of professional domain knowledge Map.
