Radio resource is an important resource,which plays an important role in broadcasting,communications,transportation and aviation.With the rapid development of the social informationization process,radio technology has been widely used,and the contradiction between supply and demand of electromagnetic spectrum resources has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,scientific management of electromagnetic spectrum resources is of great significance to the promotion of social and economic development.Electromagnetic spectrum monitoring technology provides an important means and basis for implementing spectrum management,but the existing spectrum monitoring network still needs to be improved in terms of server performance and monitoring efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the original spectrum monitoring network is a problem worthy of study.This thesis is based on the national science and technology major projects “research on key technologies of electromagnetic spectrum monitoring in sensor networks” undertaken by the laboratory.Furthermore,Applying the new results to the National Natural Science Foundation of China's "High Dynamic Wide-area Spectrum Situational Basic Theory and Key Technologies".The main research works are listed as follows:1)This thesis proposes a design framework of server-based spectrum monitoring network in order to improve the traditional spectrum monitoring network.This architecture adopts a distributed design scheme.The server handles spectrum monitoring tasks and the client displays user interface.Thus it leads to the separation of business logic and interface logic and improves the system performance.In addition,this network architecture integrates the spectrum monitoring technology and the spectrum situation technology.Therefore,the client can display the specturm information in the form of spectrum situation,which presents more electromagnetic environment information.2)A event-driven spectrum monitoring server scheme is proposed.Specifically,this thesis researches the node management module,message processing module,task management module and network management module.In addition,the node management module implements concurrent connection between client and sensor nodes,the message processing module parses and encapsulates various types of messages,the task management module coordinates and manages various monitoring tasks and the network management module maintains the stability of the sensor network and the client network.This solution improves the server's concurrent processing capabilities and scalabilities.3)This thesis introduces the situation service of the spectrum monitoring server,which includes situation generation,situation push and situation visualization.In addition,a method of spectrum situation generation based on GPU parallel computing is proposed.This method can greatly increase the speed of specturm situation generation.Then,a method of spectrum situation push based on remote procedure call is proposed.This method simplifies the difficulty of development and has a good cross-platform nature.Lastly,a visual interface based on color mapping method is designed.This interface helps the users to grasp the overall spectrum situation.
