Since the appearance of Bitcoin,it has had a huge impact on the financial field.Bitcoin's underlying technology,the blockchain technology,has been receiving widespread attention because the blockchain technology is decentralized,unable to tamper,no need to be trusted,and collective maintenance.Therefore,many industries have started to study the blockchain technology and hope to bring innovative development to their fields.And the combination of the blockchain technology and the medical data storage is one of these innovations.Currently,medical data storage systems are generally stored by medical institutions such as hospitals,and there are many deficiencies that need to be improved.At first,the data storage is highly fragmented and the data versions may not be uniform.And the identity cannot be validly verified during data sharing.Data operation records are hard to be traced,and user's privacy is threatened.This paper is to solve the problems existing in the current medical storage system through the blockchain technology and make improvements to the blockchain technology in combination with actual needs.First,the system designed in this article uses the blockchain technology to protect the privacy of users by establishing virtual addresses for users.Digital signatures are used to authenticate the data during operation.Because the blockchain technology is able to be traced but unable to be tampered,it helps the user to master the usage record of the data.When using a blockchain-based medical data storage system,in order to facilitate the user to query the data and operation records,based on smart contract,the user contract is designed to store only the data operation records related to the user.Because most users aim to store or access their own data rather than participate in the blockchain maintenance and hospitals or other medical institutions are open and trustworthy in life,based on these characteristics,this system uses DPOS mechanism,which means some trusted hospitals or other medical institutions were elected as representative nodes to maintain the blockchain.In order to ensure the safety of the blockchain,the elected nodes can be updated by the new re-elected representative node.According to application scenarios,system designs new block structure,which greatly saves the storage space of the block.At last,the systemis divided into user identity creation subsystem,user data storage subsystem,user data access subsystem and blockchain management subsystem,and this paper gives part of system display.
